An Indirect Free Kick. You only caution the offender if they Stop a Promising Attack (SPA) or cause other problems that lead to confrontations with the Goal Keeper or opposing team.
Yes. If multiple players from Team A foul the same player from Team B in a short span of time you may caution the player who commits the last offense, after previous player(s) have been warn, for Persistent Offenses.
You may also caution a single player from Team A if they have committed multiple fouls against several different players of Team B.
If it is at Halftime, or the periods between normal game time and Extra Time (overtime) or between the first and second period of Extra Time then you allow play to continue.
If it happens during play then the player who entered the field without permission is cautioned and the player who left the field is also cautioned. Play may continue after this has happened with the substitute on the field.
A player who is injured and treated on the field as the result of a Yellow or Red Card offense may stay on the field. Provided the treatment for the injury can be done in a timely manner.

The Referee must judge that the attacker is in control or will gain control of the ball, is close enough to goal that no other defender could challenge them.
The referee should stop play for the offense. If the offense is a Direct Free Kick Offense then you will restart with a Direct Free Kick and if is was an Indirect Free Kick Offense then you will restart with an Indirect Free Kick. The restart will take place on the boundary line nearest to where the offense occurred. If it is a Direct Free Kick and the offense occurred on the boundary line of the Penalty Area then a Penalty Kick is Awarded.
The Goal Keepers team may not substitute a new Goal Keeper and must have one of the eligible players on the field change to the Goal Keeper. The opposing team must choose one player to no longer take part in The Penalty Kicks so that they “reduce to equate” and both teams have the same number of kickers.
Yes. The Referee has authority over the match from when they enter the field for their Pre-Match inspection until they have left after the match has concluded.
No. The referee may only show a individual player a single Red Card. The referee must include the players’ actions after the Red Card is shown in their official Match Report. The league / governing body will decide on any additional punishment.
The referee allows the game to play and the player who originally started may enter the match as a substitute. The referee makes a note of this in the official Match Report.
If the protest is showing Minor / low level disagreement (by word or action) then they are given a Warning
If the protest is showing Dissent by word or action then it is a Caution / Yellow Card

If the foul continues inside the Penalty Area the referee awards a Penalty Kick. This is because the spot of the foul is where the holding / pulling stops, not where it begins. This only applies to HOLDING and PULLING fouls.
It depends on the situation. IF the Goal Keeper handles the ball in the run of play, such as a pass from a teammate, they cannot be given any misconduct.
IF the Goal Keeper handles the ball after they take a Free Kick or Goal Kick it is considered a SECOND TOUCH and if this second touch is either SPA or DOGSO then you may show the appropriate misconduct.

If the action taken by the player endangers the safety of an opposing player or teammate then they will be judged to have committed an offense. A scissors or bicycle kick is permissible provided it is not dangerous to the opponent.
To judge this take into consideration if the action by one player prevents another player from challenging the ball for fear of injury.

A Cooling Break is for player welfare to allow for the players’ body temperature go down. These Breaks can be 90 seconds to 3 minutes long.
A Drinks Break is to allow player’s to rehydrate and should last no more than one minute
