Q: WHAT PROGRAMS AND AREAS DOES CRO COVER?
A: Our home base is in Charlotte and Cabarrus County, NC but we assign matches and work with Referees at all levels across North Carolina. If we don’t have matches you can work, we know someone who does!! Register and we will get you to where you need to be and who you need to be with!

Q: How do I sign up to work matches once I’m registered?
A: For local organizations fill out the current weeks Assignments Request Forms.

Q: How do I get my Uniform?
A: Through the Registration form you provided your Sizes and those have been logged by our staff. Once you complete that process you will then need to send payment to our Referee Organization and you will be contacted with a pick up date OR you can attend one of our Pre-Season Pick-Up Dates

Required for Youth Matches - Classic, ECNL and more and Adult Level Matches

For referees looking for Classic level Youth as well as Adult / amateur matches in North Carolina.
To ensure you are added to the CRO Assignor’s NCSRA Referee Roster include the following Assignor #s in your registration.

Q: How do I receive matches once I’m registered?
A: For local organizations fill out the current weeks assignments request forms. - Classic and Adult Amateur Level contact us and let us know you have finished the registration process

Q: Once I have assignments what do I do?
A: You must accept the assignment with 24 hours of being notified that you have an assignment or it will automatically decline. This can be done from the schedule tab in Arbiter.

Q: How do I get paid for the matches I work?
A: Payment depends on each league.
- Our League Rules & Info Page has each league CRO works with and their payment details - Photo, Mailing address and Social Security Number must be filled out to get paid
- Our Payment Forms Page has information regarding W-9 Submission and Google Pay Set up.
