Lesson 2: Filling out your Match Report

This is the entire referee crew’s responsibility

Follow the report format for the specific report for the league you’re working in.

Misconduct should be put into the report in the order in which they happened in the match NOT in order of team

Correct Misconduct codes must be used

• Only listing UB is not enough. UB Cautions must include what the offense within Unsporting Behavior is

If a player receives two cautions and a then given a Red Card, for receiving two cautions in the same match, both cautions must be on the Match Report.

Include team names with player information

Hand written reports must be legible
